Returns and Cancellations Policy
Cancellations must be received at least seven days prior to the start of the session in order to receive a refund, less a $25.00 cancellation fee per student.
Blue Zone Swim School reserves the right to cancel any group session or class with an enrollment of only one student.
Product Returns (T-shirts, goggles, towels, etc) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Returns must be authorized by Blue Zone Swim School. Please contact support@bluezoneswim.com for a return authorization. All return claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Returned items must be sent with pre-paid shipping. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for credits to be processed.
Shipping Policy
Product orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Standard or Priority Mail, or via UPS Ground.
Products are either held and delivered at our location during the swim session, or shipped via the options above. We typically ship orders within 3 business days after receipt of your order depending upon whether or not the item is in stock.

We offer gift-cards by which you can personalize a product you order for another person. Information you provide to us to create a gift-card is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. We also may use the email addresses for our own Blue Zone Swim School use such as for email newsletters, announcements, schedule changes, etc. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
You can register with our website if you would like to receive our newsletters as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the Join Our Mailing List Form.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we only collect limited information on students. The information we collect is used solely for Blue Zone Swim School purposes for session registration and the proper placement of students in various classes and zone levels. We never collect or maintain information at our website directly from those we actually know are under 13. We only gather this information from the student's parents or guardians.
How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information
You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by logging into your Blue Zone Swim School online account and selecting Account Information. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.
You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.
